Dr. Rajkumar M. Kolhe, a visionary educationist, author, researcher and social reformer, will be featured among distinguished global educators and thought leaders at the Skills Live Show × Harvard 2026, organised in association with the Global Economic Forum (GEF) in the United States from 11th to 17th August 2026.

Dr. Kolhe is the Founder President of Jahnvis Multi Foundation (JMF), Mumbai, an educational and social organisation committed to advancing quality education, innovation, values and holistic development. Under his visionary leadership, the Foundation has established several educational institutions, including Vande Mataram Degree College, Jana Gana Mana English Secondary School, Jana Gana Mana Vidyamandir & Junior College in Dombivli, Jana Gana Mana Convent School in Dawasa, Narkhed, Nagpur, and the JMF Institute of Paramedical Sciences.

A distinguished academician with a strong multidisciplinary background, Dr. Kolhe holds multiple postgraduate qualifications, along with a Ph.D., NET, B.Ed., MBA and D.Litt. His academic and institutional leadership reflects his commitment to developing education systems that combine knowledge, values, practical skills and innovation.

One of his notable contributions is the Life Skills Toolkit, developed in alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 for students of Grades 6 to 10. The initiative reflects his emphasis on preparing young learners not only for academic success but also for leadership, decision-making, communication and real-world challenges.

Dr. Kolhe has authored and published more than 65 national and international research papers and has delivered keynote lectures at numerous prestigious academic forums in India and abroad. In 2023, he delivered a TEDx Talk titled “Dream, Believe, Act and Achieve” at IMS Ghaziabad University Campus, sharing his perspective on aspiration, action and personal transformation.

Driven by a commitment to global educational excellence, Dr. Kolhe has travelled to Japan and several European countries to study international education systems and explore global best practices. He has sought to incorporate relevant international approaches into the educational institutions established under JMF, strengthening their focus on contemporary and holistic learning.

He has also conducted hundreds of seminars, workshops and webinars, engaging with students, educators, researchers and professionals on subjects related to education, leadership, personal development and institutional excellence.

At the Harvard programme, Dr. Rajkumar M. Kolhe participates in the special panel “AI for All – Building Impact, Inclusion & Leadership.” The discussion explores the role of artificial intelligence in creating inclusive opportunities, strengthening leadership and generating meaningful impact across education and society.

His participation brings a valuable education, research and institutional leadership perspective to the AI conversation, particularly as schools, colleges and universities worldwide explore how emerging technologies can transform teaching, learning, administration and student development.
